Rearm and Repair etc

Hi everyone,

 

Just got the game a week ago and I've been reading and trying to figure everything out. I'm not new to flight sims but like any new platform there are always things you can't find and need help from experienced players. 

 

I've read that the game doesn't allow Rearm or Repair, but the post I read that on was from 2014, so I just wanted to confirm if that is true, if so is there anyway to get around it?

 

I also have been having trouble with the controls/key mapping for the game. It seems every time I start the game my presets get reset, and some of the keys don't work. For example I'm in Custom and playing the missions at the moment and I'm trying to open and close the canopy, but when i press the key, nothing happens.

 

 

Sorry this is long, but just want to figure this game out, cause right now it seems to be one of the best WW2 sims i've played so far

For re-arm refuel its a limited function that has to be set up by the mission builder in multiplayer. The friday night bomber missions used it to control the number of available aircraft. Provided you landed the aircraft safely you could return to the aircraft fully fuelled and armed. Otherwise you reduced the number of aircraft available at the air field.

 

For the controls the only point I can think of is to make sure you accept every screen. Sometimes you might miss a level and it and its not there next time.

For the rearm and repair, I was referring to single-player missions. Sorry if I didn't make that clear.
