Planes limitation: Pilot has limited number of planes and he doesn't loose it if sortie status is "LANDED", "IN FLIGHT" or "ON GROUND". Pilot may land on any friendly airfield. You may check actual friendly airfields and available number of planes on taw.stg2.de (in pilot details). After three pilot's sorties witch last at least 20min and ended with status "LANDED" or "IN FILIGHT" one plane will be recovered (plane with minimum available number). Information about available planes is refreshed after each mission. Please check out before mission if you may use this type of plane. You will be automatically kick by the server if you choose unavailable plane. 2. Capture airfield: You may capture enemy airfield by landing on it by three bombers in current mission. Bombers Pe-2 ser.87/ser.35, He 111 H-6 and Ju 88 A-4 must have 100% fuel and no bombs (they may have turrets). It's recommended to destroy AA on enemy airfield to make landings safer You may also close airfield by destroying hangars, fuel and static planes on it mission before. Only airfields with "Attack!" icon on the game map may be captured by bombers. https://youtu.be/EHVa6w4TOho New TACTICAL AIR WAR server is available. Every single pilot is urgently needed to defend friendly lines, attack enemy convoys and cities. Move frontline forward and capture airfield after airfield. Destroy enemy supplies and win the first multiplayer campaign in IL2 Battle of Stalingrad. This is not a simple dogfight server. We have created complex script which automatically analyze logs files after each mission. Depending on the events during the previous mission next different mission is generated. There is some kind of continuity between all missions. Intact tank convoys advance to capture enemy city. Destroyed defense lines will not be generated. Every single action has impact on the next missions. To win the map you have to capture all the enemy airfields. We have divided large Stalingrad map into three smaller maps. The campaign starts on center map. To win the campaign you will have to win all the maps toward west or east depending which side you fly on. If you are interested in taking part in this test event don’t hesitate and join the Tactiacl Air War test server. We are still developing website and this server (it’s just a basic stage) so bugs and errors are inevitable. Server settings: No object icons No navigation icons No kill notification No weapon locks No coalition balancer Death penalty 5min Mission duration about 2 hours Tactical Air War server is being developed thanks to cooperation of LG and STG2 teams. 4

Thx to RedS team support and kind help Jah (jaja_binks) we recived old ADW www site. Kathon is working now on planeset. We have new layer for defence line and for strategic target, however 2nd one is not implemented yet in to campaign script. Soon I`ll start a new registration topic to have a bigger picture of how many people is interested in project. 2

Old planeset/squadron will have sense if we will have more planes&campaigns and we will test how it looks now. We cant launch 1941 campaign with Moscov map.A) Its not done yet. B) Someone has to made it and now we have enough work to do. C) Not everyone have BoM add-on. 4. Tommorow I`ll drop you a line on priv, cant write too much now. 1
6./ZG26_Gielow Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 (edited) First of all, great server and tons of fun. Thanks for your effort. Yesterday we bombed a defensive position and I got hit. Then I nursed the stuka to an empty airfield 10 km behind our lines and got captured on stats page. I really don't remember to had the message of pilot captured in debriefing. StG2_Juuti Posted July 21, 2016 Posted July 21, 2016 As Blakhart recommended - try to land/ditch nearby fortifications or active airfilelds. The frontline in the map has no functional relevance. It is possible that landings on the friendly side 10 km behind the map-plotted frontline are counted as captured.
=LG/F=Kathon Posted July 21, 2016 Posted July 21, 2016 Exactly, you should be closer to friendly ground units (convoys, defense positions, cities/airfields) than enemy units. Front line is generated by simple algorytm so it's not ideal.
