EG14_Marcast Posted May 10, 2016 Posted May 10, 2016 I've set independent wheels brakes for the Ju88. I use them taxing to the runway, and when I start the take off the aircraft turns to one side or the other just as one wheel brake is still engaged. I never have this problem when I start the mission from the runway. Suggestions?
Sokol1 Posted May 10, 2016 Posted May 10, 2016 Look if you dont have axis set for "Wheel brakes" (both), as the Luftwaffe planes can use "differential brake" - brake both wheels+rudder - you can be using this inadvertently. 1

No I haven't. It seems I've solved the problem giving a touch of both wheels' brake before rolling. Thanks Sokol1. You were the first one giving advice to me when I began to play Cliffs of Dover years ago and you are still the first here!
GridiroN Posted May 11, 2016 Posted May 11, 2016 I personally just use the keyboard keys for the wheel brakes. I have my keyboard up beside my monitor and my HOTAS in front of me, when I need to land, I take my hand off the throttle quadrant when I no longer require that and wheel brake with my fingers. Works fine for me. Never had that kind of issue.
