Looks like you get the skins no matter when you pre-ordered... now I'm hoping the same is true for the IL2's ShKAS machine gun But I can hardly complain if it isn't. So don't get your hopes up, you might be able to use it - but it's more than likely unselectable by those who pre-ordered later but present in your skin folder so you can see it on those who use it. Just letting you know so it doesn't come as a shock if you can't use it, and I'm truly uninformed so I could be totally wrong.
