Rjel Posted May 22, 2016 Posted May 22, 2016 I didn't say it makes me special. But it cartainly means I get to post on the forum just like everyone else. That was my point. Every few weeks someone new will join the forum, toss around their expertise in a thread while being rather rude in the process. Those kind of posters don't add as much to the discussion as they think.
Stig Posted May 22, 2016 Posted May 22, 2016 Sorry, but starting to spin during slow taxiing despite opposite rudder and braking the opposite wheel is a glaring defiency! Then it is not taxiing in general that's a problem? Why not post this specific issue as a bug.
seafireliv Posted May 22, 2016 Posted May 22, 2016 (edited) Taxing seems a little easier now with the patch, in my view. I even moved faster and smoother than expected and pranged the prop for the 1st time ever online! Edited May 22, 2016 by seafireliv
Flynco Posted May 22, 2016 Posted May 22, 2016 I state that I do not have the pedals and without realism aid can not take off by pressing the keys x z is impossibile.make a test set full realim and try to take off ...with z x

Hold the stick fully back until you pick up enough speed for the rudder to become effective. Then center it and keep the plane going straight using the rudder only.

You should get a joystick with at least a twist stick, you don`t have to have a rudder pedals, then you`d halve the difficulty. They aren`t expensive.

You are right I have hotas warthog and joystick doesn't have axis and get take off without pedals is impossible for me also with rudder assist
216th_Jordan Posted May 23, 2016 Posted May 23, 2016 If you got the Warthog you definately need pedals. That setup is like running a ferrari without a servo supported steering wheel.

Thank you are right with your advice now I can take off thanks
Sokol1 Posted May 23, 2016 Posted May 23, 2016 You are right I have hotas warthog and joystick doesn't have axis and get take off without pedals is impossible for me also with rudder assist Assign rudder control in that HAT (COMM something) in throttle - under left thumb. Left HAT for left - upper (or down) for center - right for right. Will work well for taxi - takeoff.
