That "new plane" scent

What's it like, I've never experienced it?  

 

Every cockpit I climb in to, is scratched and dinged. The outside of the plane is filthy. I'm sure it's all quite authentic. 

 

However, sometimes I might like to fly in a new plane with an unscratched canopy. Impress the ladies, and all that, y'know? 

 

Are there any skins or mods available that make the planes look new with fresh paint?

Hey TOPYI,

 

Unfortunately there is no way to make the in-game skins look newer.

However, there are some skinners (including myself) that made there own skin template with reduced scratching and dirt.

You should be able to find some skins out there that look a lot more new and realistic.

You can find my skins in my museum. (not that not all of my skins have this custom template)
