LLv44_Damixu Posted April 23, 2016 Posted April 23, 2016 (edited) I've had this nasty game stopper problem with BoS/BoM and I'm using CH Pro Pedals to steer and brake a plane during taxing and takeoff. The problem is that a plane wants to get steered only to left side and this is not caused by engine torgue. I've checked that my pedals works flawlessly on Windows level with CH Control Manager and even on IL-2: BoS key mapper the axes works perfectly. Only in the game the steering is haywire and all the attempts to steer the plane causes veering to the left. Once I managed to solve the issue by remapping again the controls, but now the problem came back. Something corrupts the stuff related to the controls and devices on the game.So I suspect that there is some bugs in the game how it translates the data from the pedals. On IL2 > Settings > Keymapper my pedals works perfectly, but not in the game. The game does not get any control responses to trying to steer the plane right or use differential brakes to it. wtornado Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 (edited) Corrupt controls are a way of life now. I had my Momo racing pedals working in game and since the last patch they can be seen, selected and adjusted but when you get in game they do not work. Same for my G13 it worked fully before not anymore. On my Logitech 3D Pro when I select plane control pitch the joystick is seen and ok but when I choose input responses when I push the stick forward the needle goes to the up position and when I pull back on the stick the needle goes to the down position. When you are ingame the controls are alright. I must of scrapped 3 planes wonder why the nose dropped down pulling back on the stick until I realized it was a bug the input response indicators are backwards. Just remap them over and over and over and over and over.......... Until they fix everything. Edited April 26, 2016 by WTornado
SharpeXB Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 If you see the controls working in the axis menu and also just look at your stick and pedals in the game cockpit and see them working there too. They are working. If you aren't familiar with how these planes behave it will take a lot of practice to handle them. Yes they will want to pull to one side during takeoff. You need to hold the stick full back to keep the tail down for control and lots of right rudder when you start the roll. Plenty of instruction if you search for it on the forum.

I do believe lack of skill with ground handling is not the case with LLv32_Damixu.

TP_Jacko Posted April 28, 2016 Posted April 28, 2016 Hi LLv32_Damixu, I was wondering which aircraft you have the problems with. Although the LW use toe brakes I find I use a single button that works better for me.
