Unable to play BoS Campaign...

Brief description: Cannot play the BoS campaign part 2, apart from 'The Ring' phase.

 

Detailed description, conditions: I have completed the campaign on a previous occasion. On attempting to play the campaign again, the first 4 phases of the campaign are 'greyed out' after I have watched the video sequence. 

The map screen is black and grey with no airfield markers to click on to start a mission. I cannot use the return button to leave the map, I have to 'alt-tab' out of the game and close it down using the task manager.

 

I can play 'The Ring' sequence of the campaign however.

 

PC details: Windows 10 home edition, i7 CPU, 8GB RAM, 64 bit operating system, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780

I tried to play the campaign also, after a long time, and I've the same problem repported by Trooper.

 

*edit* hum, no, after relaunching the game, it seems to work. My bad.
