109 F-4 at full power question

So I know that you can fly the F-4 at 80% throttle pretty much without worry, which is about 1.3 ata with auto prop-pitch on. And you can run it at 100% for up to a minute, at which point you will experience irreversible engine damage. But is there a known 'cool down time' where you can push it to 100% again for another minute? The temperature gauges don't seem to be as easy to use to tell engine health as in the Yak, for example, unless I'm missing something.
