PWCG generated missions for dedicated server coop

Hi guys,

 

I generated a coop mission with PWCG but I cannot start it with my dedicated server. I already figured out that the problem may be because the dedicated server runs in deathmatch mode and the mission is in cooperative.

When I switch mission mode (via mission editor) to deathmatch I can start the server, but then there is no spawn point, I only can spectate.

 

So my question is: how can I run PWCG coop missions in dedicated server (does that even work)?

Maybe I'm mission someting obvious but on the other hand, these are my first steps with hosting a dedicated server.
