Screen goes black while holding down Alt key?

Just wondering if anybody else is experiencing this.  Any key binding which includes the left or right ALT key gives me a blacked out screen until I release said button.  Very strange...

Feathered, I haven't tried it yet. But what I have noticed is In Fw,There are "pauses" in Commands whilst the "radio" is talking. I watched my key inputs to Trim Buttons. I could see the Buttons getting depressed in the Cockpit...See the corresponding "technochat".....Until the Game Radio came alive..Then I had huge gaps in my Trim adjustment.

I know its a Long shot ,but it maybe worth trying the Alt Key with No Game radio speaking ?

I had once this problem when I used reshade for Sweet FX or sweetFX2 i do not remember.

That fixed it KpaxBos.  I did a search through the SFX/Reshade files and found the line:

 

uniform bool depthtoggle < string source = "key"; int keycode = 18; >; //set to Left ALT

 

Changing the 18 to 144 moved the function to the Num Lock key which I don't use and solved the problem.  Thanks!!
