How can i activate BOM on steam

I have bought BOM on June 26, 2015, 5:38 p.m. i can give the order ID on private message if you need

But Steam do not recognize the licence Key when i try to activate it. So i can't acces to the BOM campaign

 

Can you take a look on my issue

Didn't understand why or how. But after rebooting my computer  all access to the campaign are granted
