Thanks and welcome to Escimobaby, He for sure boost the activity level for us. We are always looking for new pilots. All we do is done by own motivation. There are most of the time someone to fly with. We have those preferring Fighters and others bombers , the rest of us accommodate their wishes and fly these things. Most of the time we communicate with Discord verbally and in writing.

So if you do not like commitment and only want to fly when it suit you , train when it suit you but like team play and supporting friends we are the squad for you. 

The more the merrier, more people menas more chances to get to fly with a friend no matter the time.

What a great squad/idea. If I may I'd be happy to enlist after this Taw campaign is over.

We are more like a pool of people wanting to fly with forgiving souls that recognize a good solid f**k up and wait for respawn. We fly Red in FNBF , but are quite open to fly both sides on servers and semi events. Mostly we have to choose red because of the imbalance. We are quite active in FNBF but less so the rest of the week. We are from 2 to 4 on a regular weekday. Some have month of break before coming back, the 216th tag do not bring unwanted obligation, just a regular chance to have someone to fly with. We do have good mission planners and navigators, we also try to be serious , (admit it sometimes is not possible) to get our goal set for the evening.

Never tried Fnbf, but will give it a go. Mostly hang around on Taw and consider myself a red player for the same reasons you do. A complete lack of talent makes me a lower grade pilot, but having lot's of fun with the usual suspects on taw teamspeak.

Children, housework, family duties, all kind of (mostly female) in-house command-structures, job(s), studies, tons of Real Life - name it and we know it. It's just about flying together, finding out something new about the simulator, the online-server scenarios or what we read somewhere about WW2 aviation. Sometimes the biggest fun is coming home with the sunset in our back, no ones is missing and we all enjoy the landscape painting around us.

Seriously I think you will find your skills very in line with ours, great if you are a ace, it make us look good. We are really more interested in good company , nothing more. And it is easier to be good when flying more than one

Like to bump this up a bit.

Like it say above, we are a few old grumphy males and youngsters flying together when we can. Some of us is good in what we do, others are excellent and then there is me. Anyway we have one thing in common all of us, we have a life. This means we do not always find a day to meet up and fly together. We do prioritise FNBF as best as we can.

 

But the fact that we do have a life to live, and still want to squeeze a bit of flying time with friends , render the need of more pilots for our everyday flying.

We really do not care about you skills and navigation ability, we only care about your conduct. If you can not navigate , just follow us. If you cannot levelbomb, drop the bombs when we do. If you cannot dogfight , share our view from the parachute . We really only care about having a blast while flying with others.

Instead i am flying for the blue dark side of the force,(109 and 190), i have to confess ,if i would fly on the bloody red side,i would choose the 216th, Horrido and Salute and Respect!

All I can say is this is a great bunch.  If you are flying solo and are a good/not so good/new pilot check us out....I am not that good but in my short time with the squad I have learned a lot...I still usually die/hit trees etc... but having flown solo on MP it is nice to have someone covering your back....We mostly fly VVS but do change it up with LW...we are not locked into one side...so you can fly a variety of aircraft with us..check out our discord link to find out more about us..https://discordapp.com/invite/0vx6EC05fGB7I82B/..... and if you see the 216th flying on a given server do not hesitate joining us...our comm's are usually our discord channel for our un-scheduled get-togethers but we use TS also....chat works too.. .see you in the skies....

Time to bump this, like most other groups we need refill on a regular bases. 216th is looking for pilots of all skill levels , only demand is that you have a sense of humor. We buzzing around FNBF like flies attracted to light in the dark, FNBF is the main reason we got together. We fly during the weekdays if we manage to gather people using Discord or we fly alone and hope someone will join. Again we demand nothing, we want you to fly when you want to fly.

No problem, we have a huge problem getting volunteers for that job. Usually the last one online are voted in as leader

Sure. Since we became a *very* loosely knit squad during the last month, it might be a bit lonely here. It always has been a squad without the need to invest much time, but a squad with members rarely flying online? If you expect some regular meetings, lessons and squad sessions it'll be disappointing for you.
