Question about getting key for starting private server

Hey Guys

I just sent the BOS support team a ticket request for a server key, and I was wondering how long it takes to hear back from them? or get the key? Any info would be very helpful, this is my first attempt to get a private server started for my squadron.

In my case it was about 2-3 days.

Its been to weeks and still nothing. I have written 3 requests via support tickets and not one answered back. What do I have to do to get through to these people. Someone please help me out. I am simply trying to get a server Key so I can start a server in the BOS multiplayer. Thanks for any help.
