Fern Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 Can someone make this for multiplayer and host this to try it out? You're awesome if you do! Yes, I'm too lazy and it's rocket science for me.
No601_Swallow Posted March 22, 2016 Posted March 22, 2016 (edited) Give it a try, Fern! It isn't rocket science. There are some great resources to hand-hold you for the first few steps (I'll still recommend Bob Vanderstock's RoF youtube tutorials, and Tangmere's own Prangster has done a great step-by-step guide). All you need is the willingness to put in an hour or two and experiment. You never know: you might enjoy it. (Honestly, throwing together a mission -once you've got the bits in place - probably takes not much longer than you spent on your diagrams. The random thing isn't something I've tried, but I know others have, and have posted detailed instructions on how to do it right here on this forum.) Edited March 22, 2016 by No601_Swallow
JimTM Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 To help you along, here's a three-way random switch for you to use (based on a design by Coconut). Unzip the file under your Missions folder and the switch is available in editor under the "Groups" category of your object library. Place the switch in the View Port and trigger the "In" timer and target link the three "Out" timers to the first waypoint in each of your three routes to the three targets. Each route has a 33% chance of being chosen. You don't need to understand the guts of the switch to use it. Three-Way Random Switch.zip Salut! 1
