I'm a student in South Asia.  I have played Rise of Flight and want to play this too. But I have no income to pay for this game. I'm really want to play this game. Can anyone from you gift me the game  ?????

And Last sorry for Begging. It's Because only I cannot force my parents to buy this game for me.

How about you learn the value of a hard day's work and save your allowance until you can afford it instead of just asking for a handout?  If my kid ever tried to "force" me to buy them something I'd be forcing him into a box and then mailing him to the US Marine Corps.

I'm speechless. I have donated copies of BoS in the past. But this kind of bagging leaves me just speechless.

Get Your finger out of Your arse and look for some income. BoS isn't that expensive at all. Especially at times when it's on sale.

Awesome.

Could someone buy me a Gibson Les Paul please, but with silver hardware, not gold, I don't like gold.

Oh, and a house.

Thanks.

A Black Beauty with Bigsby would look great with gold Hardware

Ravindus, do you have a credit card or a friend who has one? If so, hold onto about $25 in local currency and wait until a sale comes so you can buy it for half the price, either by buying it yourself or having a friend/relative do it for you. Check your account settings to make sure you receive email notifications, too.

Take it easy guys, it's just a kid from a country with a currency that probably can't stand up to the US dollar making this kind of thing more of a burden than it has to be.

No. It's simple economy. If I can't afford it, I can't get it and don't ask someone else to get it for me. I would never come up with the Idea to ask complete foreigners to buy me even a beer if I were away and forgot my money.

I'd go for a '56 Goldtop with P-90s if I had the choice....

Still yeah, I think that a Black Beauty LP is the only guitar where gold hardware fits.

You can afford it, thats the problem. You cant be in his skin, der flieger. Coming from the richest country in the EU, I fint it somehow disgusting from you talking like that.

I think it would be good for this individual to investigate a way to earn some honest pocket money for this game. It will encourage independence, appreciation, and responsibility. ;)

A more constructive suggestion: work out a settlement with your parents. Find out what can you do for them for a month in exchange of a BoS copy.

No comrade. The only disgusting thing is, how You are judging and accusing me, while You know nothing about whether my economical situation nor the situation in my country.

If I would teach my children such an behavior, they would grow up becoming idiots who would never learn something about the value of work and money.

That's the whole point.

By the way, coming from an south Asian country does not necessarily mean, that it has to be a poor country. We simply don't know it.

It's the attitude I'm blaming.

Over and out for me on this topic.

Thanks for the advice Sir. My biggest problem is I haven't got any Credit Cards. That's the reason for this. Anyway I will try above. When will sales come guys?

It's not set in stone, but you have one every 2-3 months at most. Check your account settings at il2sturmovik.com and make sure you allow them to send you a notification whenever there is a sale on.

What's better to buy BOM or BOS?????

What's better to buy BOM or BOS?????

I'm a bigger fan of the BOM planeset myself. I find the planeset more "balanced" across a range of altitudes, engagements and objectives but BOM is still in early access (nearing completion, though!) and we don't have a map or campaign to go with the planes.

Good luck with getting your copy!

Adding to what Space Ghost said, since it's still being finished BoM will probably not have a sale for a long while, so considering that money is a restricting factor BoS might be more accessible in a short-term basis.

...and check your PC specs,so you wont be disappointed when you eventually got the copy of the game.

HAAAA. Made me LOL:)

Suggestion: Get a russian version. I read there is a very cheap version with just a few planes for the russian market. Maybe someone got a link for the guy?

I`l just jump on the bandwagon and request La-5 DLC activation code. You can also give me Steam Wallet funds if you find that more adequate for you. Reach me via PM I give you my steam nick. Let me say upfront I pay no tax for this gift :)

Thank you for your cooperation.

Life is tough. The sooner he learns life is not all sunshine and rainbows, the better. Tearing him a new one on the internet will probably teach him something, as well as anyone else who wants to try and ask complete strangers to buy him something. Seriously, it's not like he is starving and asking someone for food or medicine. He's asking people to buy him a game.

I'm also a student in a 3rd world country (Vietnam), and I bought this game with the money I've earned, full price.

You guys need to chill :)

All day long you find people saying we need this or that to attract "the young players" to keep flight simulators alive, but the second one kid shows up asking for a copy because he has no means of buying it himself (I.e. no credit card, not the same as no money) you go on a rampage.

If you want to support the branch and have the means, by all means settle this and gift the kid a copy and let it end there. It's more productive for everyone.

Topic starter has a good chance he will earn for the one copy of BOS. Even though he is living in a poor country. Looking at your avatar and seeing your reaction to topic matter [Edited]. So nobody can help you there, listillo.

I am opposed to a donation without seeing a return or an effort of the beneficiary. But those who strive for a crowdfunding project for DX12 could instead start funding the crowd. This would probably lead to the same result, and would have the decisive advantage of enlarging our community. This guy should get a copy of BOM only under the condition that he e.g. flies a bomber in every Weekend Bomber Flights event for a half a year. I know it’s impracticable but that would give him a lesson.

Disgusting? Not even close to what I'd want to say to some complete stranger begging me for a luxury. Someone's parents have failed if their kid is on here doing something like this. Why does Flieger's country being rich matter? It all comes down to personal responsibility. If the kid wants it he can find a job and work for it. If that isn't possible, well, he's SOL.

To be honest, I'm surprised a mod hasn't deleted this entire thread.

Hi Ravindus, you are a new profile, so people do not know you at all, and that is the problem. you could be anybody and ripp off people on internet.

post more useful reply to topics, help the community , show your love to this sim and maybe something good to you will happen.

People have to know you, to trust you first.

If someone you do not know give you straight a gift with nothing in return , how could you be proud of that and raise the confidence in yourself?

TANSTAAFL!

I am one of those who hate begging for what is basically luxury items in various Internet gaming forums. If you can afford the hardware to run it you can also save up to buy the software. It is as simple as that. I am not a native English speaker either nor do I have US Dollars or Euros as my countrys local currency. But I do WORK for a living and that is something I have taught my 14 year old son to do as well. Nothing in this world comes for free. Especially not computer games so if he wants a new game he has to put an effort in before I open my wallet. Problem here is not that I don't know Ravindus or that he lives in Asia. Problem is that he is expecting others, even total strangers, to sponsor his hobbies. And that is just plain lazy. It is not about the money per se. It is about the principle.
