IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 / 3840 x 2160 ?

How can i make it work at 3840 x 2160 ? Do i need some mods / patches ?

I have the version 4.09

Try setting that up through conf.ini.

Alternatively, try updating to 4.12 or 4.13 since I believe this was addressed there.
