Server Time / Mission End Timeout

I have notice it is compulsory to select a mission end timeout. I have loaded in my server a mission for training my squad and It will run for 3 or 4 hours. I have notice every minute the server gives a message to all players saying the remaining time. Is it there any possibility of removing those time messages?

 

Another question, I want a welcome message being showed to every player when they spawn in the base. I have notice if I link the message to the onspawn event on the base, the only possibility is the message to be seen by all the players in one of one side. Is it possible to restrict the message to be seen only by the pilot who spawn?
