Stenciling issues

[SYN_Luftwaffles]

I'm currently working on a Bf109 G2 and when I open the PSD template, it shows some weird "nu al something" on the radiator flap where the pilot steps across. It looks like it's double-vision or something. It's supposed to say "Nicht Betreiten" or whatnot. What's the deal? Also, my plane looks REALLY shiny. 

Can anyone help give me some ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Update: found the Alpha Layer darkening thread. But I'm still looking to see why my radiator word says something that it's not supposed to, and looks all double-visiony.

Yes I saw that too. I erased it and replaced it with the appropriate text

Glad I wasn't going bananas. 

Also, my skin is still too shiny. I couldn't modify my alpha layer.
