Help! Need Info on this E-4B

Stumbled across this scheme and knew I had to make it, although I've found no sources other than a modeler's site: http://www.hyperscale.com/2011/galleries/bf109e4b32bg_1.htm

 

It only says what machine it is though, there's no information on the unit (probably recognizeable by the emblem), year of servicem theatre or even it's pilot.

 

If you have any info on this Emil I'd be glad if you could post it! I'd be very diappointed if this proved to be a fake and not historical scheme.
