FreeTrack Problem in 107b? -- RESOLVED

Hi guys, 

 

I finally got around to re-saving the missions in our New Wings Basic training server and they're all working fine. That's the Good Part.

 

However, while verifying that the missions were loading and working properly, I've discovered that headtracking isn't working for me now.  

 

I'm using a DiY IR ballcap with Freetrack and I've confirmed that it's working just fine in RoF, Falcon BMS, and FSX, so I'm wondering if anyone else is having a similar issue, and whether there's a resolution or fix available.

I figured out what the issue was. An item in my startup.cfg was not set right...  

 

I'm not 100% sure whether the 107b patch replaced that file with a new one (changing the original setting) or not,  but the fix for the problem is the one listed in this thread

 

In any case, I'm happy to say that my DiY headtracking is once again working properly.
