I've seen the subject mentioned a few times following the 1.107b release. It's also something that interests all people who do dynamic content generation, both in SP and MP. There's already quite a few pieces of the puzzle lying around, and it would be nice to put things together.

 

What I have to offer is a parser for text mission files (F# language, .net platform). It's even pretty fast, compared to the game's own.

 

I took a quick look at the binary file, and it seems it should not be too hard to reverse-engineer the structure, but it takes a bit of time. If there are people who have already done the job and are willing to share their findings, please do so.
