Problems with TF mod pack 4.0

Hi guys, I just got the CloD last night and I have all the TF mod packs downloaded. Everything has been installing and working smoothly until I get to 4.0. I have disabled the windows firewall but still every time I unzip the pack the actual installer program disappears from the folder about 5 seconds after being unzipped. When I manage to click on it to run it I get an error message popping up saying that it's either not found or will not run because it contains a virus. I'm running windows 7. Anybody know what it could be?

You AV soft are deleting the files, because a unknown for then file is see as 'virus'.

 

Is need disable the AV to install TF 4.0 patch.

So I've patched up to the latest TF pack. I'm not going to lie the game is nice. However, I really don't get all the fuss about how some people were saying CloD beats the pants off of the current Il-2 series. The graphics are nice. Not as nice as BoM/BoS but still miles away from '46. My honest opinion is it feels exactly like flying '46 only with better graphics and a lot less to choose from as far as maps and a/c. Don't get me wrong I love it and will be using it to fulfill all of my BoB needs. It just doesn't come anywhere near as close to BoM/BoS as I have been led to believe.

It's down to personal taste as both are great and have their strong points, I would look at some of the youtube videos from the last three months.

There are a couple of things that I really like about Cliffs that I wish we had over here but between the two BOS is the superior simulator.

 

Things I miss from Cliffs:

• Graphical damage model - BOS' still doesn't come close.
• Toggle-able gunsight.
• Centered cockpit view by default - I adjusted this and set it with F10 so I do know that this is possible to tweak in BOS. 
• "Lean to gunsight" hotkey.
