Hi.

First of all to Patrick. Thank you for creating PWCG. It is just marvelous. Yeah there some glitches as during escort missions (circling the airport forever), but finally I feel like part of the war or history of the battle of Stalingrad. I am a pilot together with pilots of Luftwaffe and CCCP. BOS camp. did not give me that feeling. When i am crippled by my enemy or ground FLAK i try to return home or get back to friendly airspace. I do not want to die  :o: . Getting home, I never bother in the orginal camp. Still my CUDOS to BOS team. I love  IL2, and I have been playing it for years and will be doing so in the future  Looking really forward to BOM maps. Horrido and Tally Ho.

A Norwegian Koala?

Well, in BOS terms i am more a koala in air then a polarbear. Cute and not so deadly :)

You know we call them "Drop Bears" here right? Savage little beasts, they lurk in the branches of gum trees and wait for unsuspecting prey to pass underneath and then drop, sometimes in groups of 4 or 5. They'll devour a full grown man in minutes.

Personally, I think that leaving out a career mode was the only major mistake the devs made. Now that PWCG is here, the game is complete :)

I've just downloaded this, but I'm yet to play any of the campaigns; and yeah I've long looked for something like this cos I'm mainly an SP player cos of an internet connection that can be 'humph!" at times. But I'd like to know if PWCG circumvents the need to log on with net connection or not. I'd sure like to be able to click on any icon in BOS and do my thing without the net log on inconvenience. Thanks guys.
