Hey guys, I really recommend you to download the latest version, it doesn't have issues like the previous versions and it has an installer.exe.

Just download and extract it wherever you'd like(I recommend to create a folder in My Documents). Then, press the .exe from the files and a Window will pop up. Press "select game" and search for your IL2BOS.exe (or any other game you want) and double click it. It will automatically uninstall the previous version and install the new one. Simple as that :)

You can enable/disable it by pressing "scrlk" at any time. As for messing with the profiles, it's the same as previous versions of SweetFX.

Here's the download link: http://reshade.me/sweetfx

Cheers guys!S

What is this SweetFX?

It's a real time post processing software that allows you to enhance the look of the game (any game).  Things like contrast, sharpening, color levels, etc.

Do you have the profiles?

Not really,sorry.

The setting depend a lot of your hardware (monitor, graphics card settings,etc....) and what you prefer as image quality.

You can gradually give it a try by changing one setting after other and see the change.

I'm not an expert and i'm testing like this.

@ Guignol:

In *.*\IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad\bin\game\SweetFX you'll find a file called SweetFx_settings.txt

You can open this file in any text processing program (notepad for example).

Reading the above stated link and processing that file is pretty straightforward.

You'll make your own profile and it'll take you about 15 minutes to do so the first time.

It can always be adjusted to your needs in a few seconds.

If you change a setting and save it right away, you can see the effect immediately in game if you have SFX enabled.

Good luck.

In SFX dither can be set on/off and in a 1 or 2 pattern.

I did not see any difference.

Are you referring to this, Mastiff, or some other form of dithering?
