problems taking a screenshot

When I take a screenshot ingame  I hear a noise then most of the time i get an error and then the game crashes.

il2 application error.

The instruction at xbunch of numbersx referenced memory at xbunch of numbersx
The memory could not be "read".

Any help would be appreciated.
