Activate the premium account once but fail after re-install

I have brought a deluxe version of IL2 BOS, activate the premium account once and unlock all the parts of the planes, for some reason I had to reinstall the window without even playing the game once.

 

after that i reinstall the game but the parts of planes are now locked again, and cos the keys are activate once, they are now can not be activated

 

may i ask if it is working as intended or is it a bug i am facing?
