Once you have both your account automatically becomes a Premium account. I did it this way starting with the Standard and then working my way up.

Thanks you Sir, another question, to unlocks the skins and the other stuff is only playing the campaign ?

You can unlock the equipment via the website after you have bought Premium but the skins still have to be unlocked by playing through the campaign. IMHO it got much more interesting after they added the earlier missions on the summer and fall maps. Feels like a progression through to the winter months of the battle.
