I did, but posted this too because sometimes players are smarter than support and maybe some had this issue and solved it...

 

EDIT: Support doesn't even respond, how the fuck am I gonna fix this!!!

Try this - I am not a techie so not offering expert advice but I usually just type error messages into Google and sometimes you get a page that seems to make sense.
