Unfortunately there will be no Vodka for this little black duck. I drank to excess at a BBQ on Saturday, and will now be needing to be on my best behaviour for the foreseeable future.

 

Luckily I have no memory of any of the events after about 10pm and am therefore completely "guilt free". I can only asume that one day my wife may start talking to me in a civil manner and I "may" find out what exactly happened. I guess that only time will tell.

Me too, but if it's like RoF  there won't be much loading speed increase with it.  I guess good things come to those who wait, for the sim, and for it to load.

Wifies always have the all the keys and the last word or one'll sorely regrets until they have so better make sure those pills are on a very, very secure place !

I am just sort-of ready.
The LaGG-3 won't have any guns yet, so there's that. Managed to break the #2 button on my joystick in a very heated fight with bombers and La-5s.
Who would make such a frail thing!?

Other than that, I am loaded to the hilt with citrus fruits, tobacco and wife will be at work tomorrow!

Well remember you'll need to download the installer, run the installer and hope all of that works, along with your account having the correct access setup.... then, then you'll be able to fly.

 

Not trying to be a downer, just trying to set some expectations that it's likely not to be smooth sailing for everyone and that they need to have patience - that's my experience to date in testing flight sims

don't be silly, this is not 'flight sims' this installer will seamlessly intergrade itself to your system and even make you a sexier person, it will say 'how you doing today champ?' and pass you a beer with a high 5.

I've been ready since October :P Now I've developed pressure ulcers on my buttocks, the F5 key on my keyboard is worn down to a knob, my eyesight is nearly gone - as is my personal hygiene - plus I'm starting to get kinda hungry since I ate the last bit of carbon based material within arms reach of my computer.

 

So no, I don't feel ready at all.

 Pupo! Zubrowka is the "official" vodka of my working place, the Fighter Squadron 11 in Lapland :) The emblem used and still in use is insired by that vodka and also a bar that was in Warszaw during WW2. We could not find it a couple of years ago so propably not up anymore. It was called Wisent or something.

im pretty sure finland has better vodkas. Personally i'm more into russian vodkas, but once you get past the initial blergh, this one is particularly tasty.

The best vodka I ever tasted was a 1987 Stolichnaya I bought at an outrageously low price in Havanna in 1998 and drank up in just three nights (oh the joys of being a sixteen-year-old)

 

Currently the best one I have is Polish (sorry), a Debrowa Oak Cask, which really suits my taste with its soft, rounded almost Cognag-like qualities.
