Sources of thrust actually modeled in il2 prop fighters / bombers...

Do you know, are there any references to, the sources of thrust actually taken into account in BoS FDM ?

 

How's the actual thrust of, say, a P40-E, an Fw190-A3 or a Bf109-G2 calculated, I mean, apart from the prop thrust itself of course... ?
