game is freezing / crashing

I've been getting the same error in mp. I'm wondering if to has anything to do with the ping rates for the various servers. On the server page the various pings are listed but for some reason some of the servers have nothing listed and it is those servers which are causing the errors to appear.

I have same problem in sp when exiting the game sometimes

Everytime when i click on the Settings - Graphics, the game freezes.

Is there a fix for this ?
