Access to FW190/La.5

Hi there,

 

sorry if this is posted in the wrong location.

 

I'm having issues accessing the FW190 and LA.5

 

I downloaded the deluxe edition of steam and followed the steps provided - created an account, entered the keys, activated the unlocks etc.  All three items are installed via steam.

However I still cannot access the two planes when trying quick flight - they're greyed out.  When I click on them it asks me if I want to purchase them...

 

I sent an email to support but no reply.

 

any help would be great.
