Switching to desktop issue

Since the last game version I frequently experience a bug when switching to the desktop and back into the game. Neither keyboard, joystick, rudder, nor mouse react, although the plane is still flying and everything else seem to work as supposed to to.

 

It happened to me quite of whenn flying a multiplayer mission and switching to the desktop and back, the screen shows the player list (which is normally opened by "tab") which, however, cannot be closed by "tab" (or Esc., whatever) anymore. There is absoultely no response upon any input and the game has to be forced to shut down by task manager. The funny thing is, that this problem does not occur every time I switch to the desktop, but quite frequently. Pressing the Esc button once before switching to the desktop somehow seems to eliminate this issue as far as I could see so far.
