Mouse jerks and delays in pre flight screens

I have a new, powerful Lenovo laptop with 16GB ram and Nvidia GeForce 860M. My mouse works perfectly in every program but IL2 where it jerks, moves slowly, delays and is extremely hard to get to click points. I use Thrustmaster HOTAS X in flight. Very annoying. It takes me 5 to 10 minutes just to start a game due to mouse moving erratically. ! Thanks for your help.

me too with this problem on ASUS laptop. Same problem with corded and cordless mice

Found Possible solution from another post about TrackIR doing same

 

In Nvidia control Panel edit Manage 3D settings,--(IL2 Program exe wherever  you have installed it,)---maximum pre-rendered frames from "Use Global setting" to 1,2,3,4, whatever works for your system.

I use 2 now
