Hello everyone,

First of all, I've done a bit of research, and I haven't found any topic about this issue. Maybe there is already one, in this case I apologize.

So here is my problem : I just got a brand new Saitek X55 for Christmas, but I have an issue with the throttle, and this only in BoS : It always goes back to 50% in game, or any where near. I don't know why, but since I changed joystick it does that (I used to have a Thrustmaster Flight Stick X), and I had no issue with the little throttle on the joystick :(

I have played Star Citizen ,and tried it out on War Thunder to check, no problem there, throttle works perfectly ! And in Saitek's software, it shows no issue either when moving the throttle in the settings area.

Has anyone ever had this problem ? And does anyone have any solutions ? :)

I apologise with my English isn't a 100% perfect, I'm french !  :P

Thanks for your help ! :)

Strange, I have an X55 also and never ran into this problem.

Let's start with some basic stuffs : Have you checked if you don't have two different bindings in conflict for the same axis ?

Thing to try : Delete the global throttle control and map only the engine 1/2 throttle axis to see if the problem is still there.

So, I just unmapped eninges 1 and 2 throttle, and no problem anymore on the yak ! I don't know what happenned, but any way, it works back with no problem anymore ! :D

I really don't know what the game was doing...

My guess would be that by binding both global and separate engine control, you might have two input for the same command and that's why it's bringing it back to 50% because it don't know which one to read.

Engine 1 is the left engine and is mapped with the left throttle lever

but if you are like me, for one engine planes, you map the left lever for prop pitch and the right one for throttle (using global throttle command)

But even in one engined aircraft, engine 1 throttle still corresponds to the main engine so you may have your two levers conflicting on the same engine, but using two different commands.

I hope it's as clear as it sounds in my head  :)

I got it and it works perfectly.

Looks like a problem with the profile, try to adjust the response, in the graphic to the right in the screen
