No_85_Gramps Posted December 26, 2015 Posted December 26, 2015 My monitor, an LG e2250, appears to be going on the fritz. Running any program that uses D3D causes the monitor to turn black. Turning the monitor off, then on, fixes it and games run fine. I found out that after the monitor has been on for a few minutes is when it happens. Checked everything else that I could, 750ti drivers, windows settings, etc. I would normally think it was a driver problem but since it works after the turn off/on I suspect it may be the monitor. Only happens with D3D, everything else runs w/o problems. Any opinions/suggestions?
Dutch2 Posted December 26, 2015 Posted December 26, 2015 Try it using a LED/Plasma TV or on a spare monitor. Same effects then it is not your LG monitor.
