Turn-Coordinator ( Mig-3 and other Russian fighters... )

I wonder if any of you with a much better knowledge about these ww2 machines knows what the two ( let and right ) tick marks on the turn coordinators (TCs) are set for.

 

The needle on the TC can be aligned with each one when performing left / right turns, and I assume they mark a given turn rate, but, what turn rate should it be when the needle aligns with them during a full 360º turn ?
