Windows application error (related to recording and playback)

I was recording during stuka campagin missions named "Distant guns" when this error show up. After pressing ok game shot down itself. BTW recording is unplayable (black screen).

 

 

 

This error appears when i reply one of multiplayer recording it always show up at given time or when you tray skip to further place in recording.

yes it seems if you do more than 33 minutes this occurs.

yes start after the patch more often to occur game crash and this error
