Joint-Simulator Screenshot Thread

I thought that since 1C Game Studios marks the creation of a hybrid community of simmers (namely WWI and WWII), I would start a screenshot thread for shots of BOTH games so that those of us from each game unfamiliar with the other can appreciate the beauty found in both.  Stuck it in Free Subject since it doesn't have anything directly to do with BOS, but it's gonna be a while until screenshots of BOS roll out.  If no one thinks this is a good idea, speak up.  I'll crawl into a corner and stop creating topics.

 

DO:

- Post screens of either simulator so to share them with the rest of our newly formed community.  This could persuade members to try out both while we all wait patiently for BOS!

 

DO NOT:

- Criticize either game or any poster on this thread.  

***If this thread cannot be handled maturely, then I will have no problem asking a moderator to lock it.

 

Other than that, let's see some screenshots!!!

Great idea for a thread Jetlagg :D .  CLoD online on the excellent ATAG server.  Close bomber escort over the Kent coast.

 

Directed onto an incoming Wellington raid over Calais.  Opening fire at RoF range!

 

 

Wellington can absorb quite a substantial amount of damage

This is one where I throttled up to take off,hit the wrong button..bailed out, ran over myself, killing myself and my plane took off and flew for a good 5 minutes before crashing. I wish I had been Ntracking it. On TS we were laughing so hard as this unfolded..you can't make this up!

I think if BoS looks like either of these it will be a great piece of kit but the look is only part of it. Look at WoP.. It looks FANTASTIC!! Just as good or pretty darned close to WoP .. and it flies decently.. but it's other flaws coupled with the fact that the developer basically cancelled it to fix it.. and came up with WT gives it a meh...

For RoFers: press windowskey+H before taking a screenshot, to make sure you remove all HUD and GUI elements from the screenshot (like the pause button in the corner). Also do this when recording videos...too often I see videos with the track bar still at the bottom of the screen .
