Small problem with new upgrade

New upgrade installed and running smoothly , however upon exit from game I get this (see pic)

This is only after upgrade and everything else runs smooth .

And just for the info, after I "X" out of that, the game exe is still running on task bar.

 

Not complaining just informing.

finally I found where was problem: joystick driver
