Thx for the video Mastiff.  It took me a while to realize that messing around in Quick Missions.

 

On a side note, the other thing that took me a while to realize in this aircraft is that increasing the mixture past 80-85% or so activates the engine boost, allowing higher manifold pressures.

any pointers to the Mig 3 engine management limts and so? I haven´t yet found a thread for that...
