Weegie Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 The latest version has reset a bunch of stuff for me, as is common on major updates. I was wondering if its possible to just copy over the .SVC files from the previous version to re-instate my custom snap views as its a bit of a pain to have to set them all up manually again for every aircraft. Anybody any ideas?
Weegie Posted December 23, 2015 Author Posted December 23, 2015 Well I just tried that and with a couple of aircraft it worked a treat, haven't tried them all I had the backups from a weekly Disc image I take. Went into IL2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad\Data\Lua Scripts\ renamed the original files from snap views to snap views_Orig, just in case Then transferred over the originals and ran the game and my snap views are all back, so only the MiG 3 to setup WHEW!! Saved a ton of time and frustration 1
