Graphic settings for BOS

I tried these new setting out and now I can see LOD silhouettes against the clouds. (or shadows from looking at the LOD against the clouds)

LODDS silhouettes agaings the clouds?  im not sure i totally understand what you mean.  have these settings improved the distance at which you can spot aircraft?
