Can't access BOM planes

I have the upgraded version of BOS and have had since before its release.

 

I purchased BOM standard edition some weeks ago but have not been able to access any of the planes (I'm not including the premier ones in that). I have completed all of the campaigns, including the new Stalingrad summer/autumn ones. In addition, I have unlocked everything on all Russian and German planes and airfields across all campaigns.

 

However, when I try to access any of the new aircraft it says "not enough experience - make progress in the campaign".

 

I my score on he campaign stopped recording at 19,500 points and I have all 60 awards.

 

Any information would be much appreciated.

You have to activate it after purchase. It's a common question/problem.
