Okay, so, a little of an odd one. I've set up a dedicated server on the same PC as the IL2 copy I'm trying to connect to the server. First try had no problems, but trying to get into the game since pops up with Error #10017. My friend, external to the network, can get in with no problems, however. Anyone got any ideas?

Don't worry, found the problem. For anyone with similar trouble, the .LIST file for the map was referring to the wrong location, so I edited it to the correct directory using Notepad.

To fix this issue, open the mission in the mission editor on the computer that intends to host the mission (for others to play on) and resave it to your /data/dogfight folder. This will fix the .list file that comes with the mission, and also fix your 10017 error. Good luck!

awesome worked thanks, now i wait for a dserver account

I've tried doing the co-op host option in game, my friends can see the server but when they join they get an error code of 10019, and after directly forwarding my ports both 28000 and 28100 udp and tcp they still get this error, do they need to forward their ports it as well?
