I submitted an issue with the sim not starting a few days ago via a ticket to support.

Have not heard back and thinking about is was wondering how anyone would get back to me on the issue.

So is there a means of tracking open tickets and feedback from anyone back to the originator?

Apparently there isn't. I created one and it simply vanished. I thought I had done it wrong so I created another one. It too vanished. It's not listed anywhere in my account information or anywhere else. I Googled up "how to find my ticket IL Sturmovik" and this was the first thing in the list.

 

So apparently, nothing has changed with this company since 2015. I wish I had known that before I had the misfortune of buying something from them.

Please dial it back a notch. Your issue, as explained in your other thread, has everything to do with a general internet denial of service attack and nothing to do with the IL2 team.

The team is very small and there are other, international, issues confronting them ATM. They, in the best of times, occasionally take several days to get back to you. Have some patience and open a second ticket if it's not resolved after a short while.

 

I understand the frustration for both of you but it is, unfortunately, going to take some time.
