In my server I'd like to get the most realistic condition...so the aircraft should start cold and dark, with no external view.

If I set custom settings I can get in Advanced Option the cold engine but I'm not able to avoid external view.

If I set expert setting I get rid of external view but the engine is warmed....

what am I missing guys?

I think you will find the engine off is set by the mission builder. In the airfield MCU you select the aircraft then you need to select "on parking" the other choices are" on runway" and in air

I think what you are looking for is under "Advanced setting" in the Dserver dialog box. Click on Advanced settings, un- check "Allow spectator" Save your sds file. That should stop the external view.
