GP* Posted December 12, 2015 Posted December 12, 2015 What software is everyone using to get their recordings to Youtube? I have Fraps currently but it uses a ton of disk space per video and, recently, it has stopped recording alltogether in IL2. Also, what software are people using to edit their videos? Thanks!
indiaciki Posted December 12, 2015 Posted December 12, 2015 (edited) RECORD FLIGHT IN BOS CTRL+R : I USE MSI AFTERBURNER FOR CAPTURE WHILE RUNNING THE FLIGHT SAVED TO FLIGHT RECORDS - RECORDING WILL BE SAVED AS MOVIE AT DESIRED LOCATION: JUST DEFINE A HOTKEY IN AFTERBURNER FOR START - STOP RECORDING - I USE THE J KEY - WORKS WELL FOR ME Edited December 12, 2015 by indiaciki
SharpeXB Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 (edited) You can actually edit the videos right in the game. Just click Edit and when you're replaying the track, you can Pause and change the cameras etc. then when you finish, save. And when you replay you'll see your edits. I used to use Windows Movie Maker to do this as well. There isn't a movie maker in Windows 10 though. Nvidia Shadowplay works really well to record the video. It's not as demanding to run with the game like Fraps is. Edited December 13, 2015 by SharpeXB
GP* Posted December 14, 2015 Author Posted December 14, 2015 I gave Shadow Play a shot and it's worked out great -- thanks!
