4SCT_Vespa Posted December 12, 2015 Posted December 12, 2015 Hi guys...I'm trying to create a basic online mission for training. Using the Prangster guide I've set up terrain, weather, added a spawn point and added a couple of aircraft to that spawnpoint, saved the mission...but while I get into the server I don't see any airfield to select the aircraft...what am I missing? Thanks
TP_Jacko Posted December 12, 2015 Posted December 12, 2015 Have you 1. Did you click create entity 2. set a nationality for the airfield either russian or german
4SCT_Vespa Posted December 12, 2015 Author Posted December 12, 2015 Thanks a lot Jacko....and sorry for silly question. I completely missed your points
TP_Jacko Posted December 12, 2015 Posted December 12, 2015 Lol Dont worry I have been there to. For anything to be used in the game like aurcraft, vehicles etc you need to create entity. Just ask any question you often get a quick response.

If we don't add the entity to the object, does it have a preset nationality (eg. a Panzer 3 should be German) so that if it was bombed, it could be counted in the score, or used for objectives?
[DBS]Tx_Tip Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 If we don't add the entity to the object, does it have a preset nationality (eg. a Panzer 3 should be German) so that if it was bombed, it could be counted in the score, or used for objectives? Vehicles such as a PzIII will not show up in MP or Single unless you create an entity for it and are neutral by default. Block objects such as static A/C, Hangers will shown up as is in MP or Single and are also neutral by default. In order to change either to Russian or German, you need to create an entity for them. For Block objects you may then Delete the Entity and the block will remain what country you changed it to. Although you will not be able to use any event or report function for the Block object once it is no longer an entity. Tip
